Duly Noted was launched in 2001 by award-winning independent film producer Effie T. Brown. It actively seeks out original projects by directors and writers who possess ingenuity and passion for their craft. Be it period biopic, sci-fi, thriller, or character-driven drama, Duly Noted will continue to bring challenging and entertaining films to audiences everywhere.
This past year Duly Noted Inc. has kicked its production schedule into high gear, making exciting progress on its slate of films. Production has wrapped on Rocket Science from Oscar-nominated director Jeff Blitz (Spellbound), set for a theatrical release later this year. Next on the slate is director Silas Howard’s Exactly Like You, which will recreate the smoky underworld of 1930s cabarets. Casting has already started as production is scheduled to begin in late spring. Two additional projects have been added to the company’s slate as it continues its already stellar track record.
